Here's what you can do:

Want to reach 1000's of potential new patients? Start with your local Chamber of Commerce! Ask them if you can host or sponsor an upcoming event. See if the will help promote your event and provide you a list of their members. Use your social media sites (such as Facebook and Linked in to invite you guests). Be sure to invite current patients they can be a great marketing tool providing real life testimonials of your great practice.

Ideally you will want to host this event at office to insure that you can introduce your staff and show off your practice. If it is not possible to host at your office, you can still make quite an impact. Make sure that each of your staff members is well stocked with business cards and marketing material. Have them wear their nametags and shirts with your logo on it so that they are easily recognizable to the guests. It's a good idea to offer special promotions during this event. An example would be to offer a free consultation to any new potential clients you met at the event. Another great idea would be to offer a "grand prize" to be drawn at a later time. Simply ask that each guest drops their business card in a bowl when they arrive and sign in. This will insure potential leads, emails, and addresses for future mailings.

Take advantage of your time as host and do not be shy! Make it a point to be friendly and introduce yourself to everyone.

At the end of your successful event, congratulate yourself and your staff for a job well done. It's important to know that just because your event is over; your work has just begun! Compile all business cards and any additional information you have received from your event and start sending your Thank you letters out. This can be done either by email or snail mail and should be sent to each attendee. Use this time to highlight your practice and to mention any special s you have going on. The key is to start building you potential client list building a relationship and marketing to them going forward.

Our Charity of the week:

This week's charity is Madison Dental Initiative (MDI) in Madison, WI.

MDI Exists to provide free, quality dental care to those in need. The Madison Dental Initiative is a comprehensive care dental clinic that serves Madison's homeless individuals by providing on site dental care at the Salvation Army family shelter on East Washington in Madison, WI. It is an ecosystem where dental professionals can volunteer and give back to their community.

OraLine was happy to help by donating 20 cases of adult toothbrushes. That is enough toothbrushes to provide ever patient seen in 2015 with a brand new toothbrush.

"Thank you so very much for donating to MDI! OraBrite is making a difference in helping Dane County, Wisconsin's homeless and at-risk children and families!" -Chelsey Kilmer Clinic Coordinator
