The best time of day to post on social media varies depending on the social media site as well as whom your target audience is.

When posting on your company Facebook page, post between 1:00- 4:00 pm. During this time studies have shown higher amounts of click through along with the most shared posts. The early afternoon receive more engagement than the morning or evening hours.

The best days to post for business-to-business organizations is Monday through Friday with the most engagement happening on Thursday and Fridays
