Shipping: Most stock product orders ship in 1-2 business days of order date. Due to the heavier weight of many of our products, we do not provide expedited shipping because of the high freight costs. Standard orders ship via UPS Ground service. Heavier and/or palletized orders will ship via the lowest cost carrier or truck line. All products are shipped FOB, so shipping costs are added to your invoice in addition to any applicable sales tax
Returns: We want you to be fully satisfied with the products you order from OraBrite. However, we understand that your purchase may not always meet your needs. In our effort to make the return process as simple as possible, we ask that you please call us first, to obtain an RMA, or Return Merchandise Authorization number. This required number will help us track and process your exchange and/or return. Any comments related to your return are welcome to help us improve our products and service levels.
Return Policy: On the outside of the package you are returning, please Include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number you obtained from Customer Service. Eligible products may be returned for credit within 30 days from Invoice date. Products under warranty must meet terms within warranty period. All returns will be inspected and evaluated by Customer Service. Returns may be authorized when these conditions are met:
Your account must be current and in good standing.
Products are in original, unopened packaging and in re-sellable condition.
Returns must meet quality inspection standards, in appearance and physical count.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged if return date is 31 days or more past invoice date.
Custom imprinted orders are not returnable for any reason.
Custom assembled patient kits are not returnable for any reason.
PPE products are not returnable and are non-refundable due to the volatility of demand and supply, this includes, masks, gowns, face shields, soaps, hand sanitizers, temperature sensors, etc.
Order Shortage Notification Policy: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any shortage of your order or suspected damage during transit must be reported promptly within 30 calendar days of your order receipt to be considered. Neither OraLine or OraBrite may be held responsible for any order shortages reported after 30 calendar days.
Private Labeled or Custom Packaged Products: As these products are manufactured specific to a dental office brand or distributor brand, Oraline reserves the right to request pre-payment for orders requiring private labeling or custom packaging. A pre-payment equal to 80% of the order total may be required prior to production.
Terms and Billing: Standard order terms are pre-payment with a credit card at the time you place your order. All major credit cards are accepted. Net 30-day payment terms may be granted only after completion, submission, and acceptance of a credit application with Customer Service. All invoices are to be paid in U.S. Dollars. Prices listed are F.O.B. point of origin. A packing slip is enclosed with each shipment. A statement covering all open invoices may be mailed monthly. A 1.5% ($2.00 minimum) per month service charge on overdue balances will be added to accounts. Accounts with invoices that are 45 days or more past due will not be shipped product until payment is made.

Continued Improvement: Due to continuing product improvements, Oraline and Orabrite reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products or change the design of products without advance notice. Slight color variants within batches of injected molded plastic products is common in manufacturing. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors, and we reserve the right to limit quantities if needed.
